There are ballstretcher made of stainless steel. These are the only ones that really work. All the others (silicone, neoprene …) are good for the feeling, but don’t add any length.

But you need a lot of time (years), patience and perseverance.

Same, I have small balls that hang close. I would love to have them hang lower.

i have some stretching cockrings that use when I play with my balls in order to have them stretched lower for better access. I have my eyes on other devises, longer stretchers cock rings or also I saw some device with screws to stretch ball sac. I may buy one to work on it and see if I can have my balls hanging lower.
