I was kicked in the balls for the first time when I was 14. Despite the really intense pain, I got an erection. I’ve been fascinated by ballbusting ever since – even though I didn’t know it was called that back then. Since then, I have been anything but gentle with my balls.

In my school days I was kicked in the balls several times, twice quite hard. I regularly played sack tapping with friends for a while. As a former handball goalkeeper, I often got a ball (hard) against my balls. In addition to the obligatory fall onto the bicycle pole, I practised self-busting very regularly for about 10 years and met up with another man several times for mutal ballbusting. For years now, I have been living out ballbusting with my wife, who squeezes my balls hard from time to time and also likes to hit them (hard).

To date, I have not noticed any negative effects as I have three children with my wife, who always got pregnant straight away. My urologist hasn’t noticed any effects either. A few years ago, I let my sperm analysed purely out of interest. My urologist’s statement on the result was: “Any sperm bank would be happy to receive a donation.”
