chat and message problems

Hey there,

I have issues with the chat functioning properly. As I try to open it it says ‘you are not allowed to enter the chat’ and when I get an email that I received a new private message from a user, there’s none when I log into the site.

hey there, another problem has occurred. In the chat it says that I have 6 notifications or chats but none of them are showing.

My account may have the same problem.  My chat does the same thing, and for some reason, most of the forums load, except for “Tell your stories.”
