Hmmm I guess together with the Egg/Ball-pinching “instrument” this instrument of torture does something real to the groin……. imagening a sub walking around with this instrument around its cock -and-  the Eg/Ball-instrument around its individual balls at the office (or werever)…….. does have a problem now and then……….
