I cannot accept one of the freindship requests I got

I got a few freindshiprequests now. Nearly all I was able to accept, only one does not work,. I get the follwing error:

 

I treid to reload and accept again. Same result. Also reloading the page and reject the request does not work.

I had the same issue. Because for this action there is an external component, I have asked to the creator to have a look at it. Hopefully, they can fix it soon.

Just an update:

– still have two friend request

– in the list is only one request, from “bergenbaden”, which i cannot accept or reject

… it would be awesome if that could be fixed eventually 🙂

I have a message that I have a friend request, but there are no requests. I think the request was from someone named Alan, but I cannot find Alan in the member list.

My guess is that they deleted their profile. So, now I am stuck with a ghost request

I have a new ghost request for a friend. Ben Scott. The notification is there, but I cannot deal with the request. The other request I had from Alan is gone.

Yes i am having same issue. 2 friend request notifications but i cannot accept them

No, I get the same error message as before. Several other freindship requests came in later and worked properly. There is only the one for me, which don’t work.

 

There is just another idea comming up in my mind. As I neither can accept nor denie the request I could ask the guy who sended me the request to delete the request an send a new one. May be thsi helps.

I tried to do that, but in my case, I cannot find the person that made the request. I do find them after the issue is resolved. But, in your case, did the idea work?

no it is not resolved – “bergenbaden” remains on the “friendship requested” and I am always reminded of it, but cannot accept or deny him

I have the same issue.  I sure the request came from JC.  And I believe he deleted his account after sending the request.  I think that’s where the breakdown happens.

Same for me too .. there’s a pending request but I can’t actually see it. And I can’t remember who it was from though I think I remember it being from “JC”? .. Maybe? Either way .. there’s a request there that I can’t do anything about.
