Login ”issue”

Anyone else have this issue after entering your login info and hit submit, this error occurs?  I hit refresh, and a question pops up about resubmitting the information, say ok; then it actually gets into the site.   This has been happening to me since joining months ago.

Anyone got a fix suggestion?  It’s not a ”failure,” just an annoyance.

I can’t replicated this issue. I’m monitoring the website to understand if there is anything I can do.

Thanks for looking into it.  Like I said, I can get in and view everything.  It’s just an annoying extra step for some reason.
