Just out of interest - I'd like to know which methods are the most/least popular with you guys ;) If your favourite BB / CBT method is not listed, please just write it in the comments!
- Squeezing, punching, slapping, spanking,...
- Kicking, kneeing, trampling, gas-pedaling, stomping...
- Using toys (vise/crusher, humbler, bonger, whip, etc...)
- Using sharp objects (needles, nails, etc...)
- Using environment (toilet seat, drawer, cupboard door, etc...)
- Weights, heavy objects (books, water bottles, etc...)

@dogon3And there’s always good old-fashioned nutball. I enjoy watching men fall to the ground when their groin is grazed by errant sports equipment such as soccer balls, baseballs, basketballs, golf balls, etc.
Ping pong paddles and baseball bats are another possibility.
