(Self) Ball busting help

Hello,

Can you help me to self bust? Do you a machine or a good trick to do at home? Would you like to share your experience? If you have pics of your home made machine and you can share, I will be happy.

Apple in a sock or slingshot are my ideas but I know that this community has more imagination.

Sometimes I like to drop objects on my balls. A good one is a water bottle, can fill it a little and try it, build up tolerance, over time you can add more water and drop it from a greater height. It’s like a kind of training haha
