You didn’t receive any email

This is quite a common issue. Probably, our emails are in the Spam folder of your mail server. So, open your email client and check the Spam folder. When you see an email for ballbusting.network, mark it as Not spam. Next time your email will arrive directly in your Inbox.

Our promise is to not send spam or unsolicited email.

Are you sure you haven’t received any email? From the system, the email was received. Did you check the spam folder?

Hey there, i just created my account earlier today and seem to be having same issues as others mentioned above. No verification email sent, not in spam folder either. Was going to create a new post but found this forum and figured I comment here. Chat feature also says i am not allowed to enter. Thanks for any help and happy to have found a new bb site!!

I found the component that caused the issue (Auto Join). The process should be ok now.

Hi guys, I noticed that the SMTP server wasn’t working as I expected. Hopefully, you all received the activate email but you don’t need it because I activated everybody.

looks like I have the same problem as Sparkie had. I just joined jesterday, but did not get a verification e-mail. I also checked my Spam folder: nothing.

I don’t know it it is interesting for you. When I treid to activate the account, with the mail you resend, it said: Account already activated.

Also .. I can’t seem to post any media, pics etc. so I thought that was because I wasn’t verified so I couldn’t post anything yet? Also chat says ‘You’re not allowed in chat’ 😛

Eitherway .. I seem to have skipped the verification process, or .. I’m not yet verified. Upon signing up the site told me an email was incoming and to click the link .. it never came.
